You may withdraw your consent at any time.
Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
Certain technical or security processing may also be carried out where necessary for AELOR’s legitimate interest in protecting the website, preventing abuse and maintaining the integrity of the Founder programme.
Where required by law, data may also be processed to comply with legal obligations.
5. Founder Communications
AELOR will only send Founder communications and marketing-related electronic communications where the required legal basis exists.

6. Optional Information
Country, price expectation, purchase motivation, surveys and Founder votes may be optional unless clearly stated otherwise.
Choosing not to provide optional information will not prevent you from remaining a Founder once a valid Founder registration has been completed.
7. Data Recipients and Service Providers
AELOR may use third-party technology providers where necessary to operate the website, host data, manage email, provide security or deliver communications.
These providers may process personal data only to the extent necessary to provide their services and subject to applicable data-protection requirements.
AELOR does not sell personal data to advertisers or other third parties.
The list of relevant service providers may be updated as the technical infrastructure of AELOR develops.
8. International Data Transfers
Some technology providers may process information outside Spain or the European Economic Area.
Where an international transfer of personal data takes place, AELOR will rely on an appropriate legal transfer mechanism where required under applicable data-protection law.
9. Data Retention
Founder data will generally be retained for as long as necessary to operate the Founder programme, manage AELOR’s pre-launch and maintain the relationship requested by the Founder.
Where processing is based on consent, data used for Founder communications will cease to be used for that purpose after valid withdrawal of consent.
Certain limited information may be retained for longer where reasonably necessary to:
- demonstrate consent;
- prevent abuse or duplicate registrations;
- comply with legal obligations;

In Spain, the competent authority is the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD).
12. Automated Decision-Making
AELOR does not currently make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects based solely on automated processing of Founder data.
AELOR may internally use interaction data to understand general levels of interest in the project, but this does not currently result in automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on users.

No internet-based system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
