AELOR FOUNDER’S LIST TERMS

Last updated: 18 August 2026

1. About the Founder’s List

The AELOR Founder’s List is a free pre-launch community created for people who wish to follow the development of AELOR and its first watch, Diamond Shield, before commercial launch.

Joining the Founder’s List does not constitute a purchase, reservation, deposit, investment or binding commitment to buy any AELOR product.

No payment is required to become a Founder.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to join the AELOR Founder’s List.

By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you meet this age requirement.

3. The First 1,000 Founders

AELOR intends to assign Founder status to the first 1,000 valid unique registrations.

Eligible registrations will receive a sequential Founder Number, for example:

Founder #001
Founder #002
Founder #003

and so on, up to Founder #1000.

Founder Numbers are assigned according to successful registration order.

Each email address may hold only one Founder Number.

Duplicate registrations do not create a new Founder Number and do not increase the public Founder counter.

4. Founder Number

A Founder Number identifies a user’s position within the initial AELOR Founder community.

A Founder Number:

  • does not represent ownership in AELOR;
  • has no monetary value;
  • is not a financial asset;
  • does not constitute an investment;
  • does not guarantee the right to purchase a watch;
  • does not guarantee a specific serial number on a future watch;
  • cannot be exchanged for cash;
  • is personal to the registered Founder.

AELOR reserves the right to remove registrations that are fraudulent, automated, duplicated or otherwise abusive.

5. When the First 1,000 Are Complete

Once Founder #1000 has been validly assigned, the initial Founder’s List may close.

Additional interested users may then be offered the opportunity to join a separate Priority Waitlist.

Priority Waitlist users do not receive Founder Numbers and do not become part of the original First 1,000.

6. Founder Benefits

AELOR currently intends to provide Founders with benefits such as:

  • early access to selected AELOR updates;
  • information about prototype development;
  • opportunities to participate in selected Founder feedback or votes;
  • priority access when the first AELOR production becomes available;
  • access to certain Founder-specific launch conditions where applicable.

These benefits may evolve during development.

Unless explicitly confirmed otherwise, no specific discount, product allocation, production number or purchase opportunity is guaranteed merely by joining the Founder’s List.

7. Founder Participation

AELOR may invite Founders to participate in optional surveys, votes or feedback relating to selected aspects of the project.

Participation is voluntary.

Founder feedback may help inform product and launch decisions, but final creative, engineering, manufacturing and commercial decisions remain exclusively with AELOR.

8. Product Development

Diamond Shield is currently in development.

Product renders and specifications shown during the Founder phase may not represent the final manufactured watch.

Details including, without limitation:

  • case construction;
  • dimensions;
  • movement;
  • dial construction;
  • materials;
  • coatings;
  • strap;
  • water resistance;
  • packaging;
  • production quantity;
  • launch date;
  • retail price;

may change following engineering review and prototype testing.

9. First Production

Reaching 1,000 Founders does not automatically require AELOR to manufacture a specific number of watches or to begin production.

Any first production will depend on factors including:

  • successful prototype development;
  • manufacturing feasibility;
  • quality requirements;
  • production costs;
  • supplier requirements and minimum order quantities;
  • regulatory considerations;
  • commercial viability.

AELOR will communicate confirmed launch information separately when available.

10. Priority Access

Founder priority access means that AELOR may provide registered Founders with an opportunity to access a future product launch before general public access.

Priority access does not guarantee product availability.

If demand exceeds available stock, products may sell out before every Founder is able to purchase.

Specific priority-access periods and purchase conditions will be communicated before launch.

11. No Current Sale

The Founder’s List does not currently offer products for sale.

No payment is collected when joining.

No contract for the purchase of a watch is formed through Founder registration.

Separate terms and conditions of sale will apply if and when AELOR begins accepting orders or payments.

12. Founder Updates

Users who provide the required consent may receive communications relating to:

  • product development;
  • prototypes;
  • Founder participation;
  • AELOR project updates;
  • launch preparation;
  • priority-access opportunities;
  • relevant future AELOR announcements.

Users may withdraw their consent or unsubscribe at any time.

13. Termination or Removal

A Founder may request removal from the Founder’s List by contacting:

founders@aelorwatches.com

AELOR may also remove registrations reasonably identified as fraudulent, abusive, automated or created using invalid information.

14. Changes to These Terms

AELOR may update these Founder’s List Terms when reasonably necessary to reflect changes in the project, website, technology, legal requirements or Founder programme.

Material changes will be communicated where appropriate.

The latest version will always be made available on the website.

15. Privacy

Personal information collected through the Founder’s List is processed in accordance with the AELOR Privacy Policy.
